Ordering.

Order Process
Message me or commission me through VGen! While I have an official VGen account, I can still accept commissions outside of the site if you are more comfortable that way! There will be a form to fill out on VGen, but if anything happens I also have a personal Google Forms that you can fill out too. You can reserve a spot, but it is ultimately first come first serve.

Boundaries.

These are a list of things I will write and won't write. I personally don't write proship stuff, but I can write controversial things AS LONG AS IT IS NOT ROMANTICIZED.

Payment.

Usually it is upfront, even if it is over 50 USD, but if by any chance you need to pay in stages I can do that!Refund Policy
There will be a chance during the drafting/WIP stage to tell me if there is a plot-point you want me to change. This is the most crucial part of the writing part and would rather not have to rewrite an entire story, but there will be one more chance.
The next chance is when I finish the first draft and send it to you. If you end up liking the first draft then I can consider the project done, if not then I will go back and fix any mistakes and/or plot-points you want changedAdditional Fees
Taxes will incur as an extra fee. Anything above 100 USD will not incur a tax fee.

Depending on the commission it could take a couple weeks to a couple months. Typically the lower the word count the quicker I can get it to you.Updates
Tell me! I always assume people don't like to be bothered so I never send WIPs, but if you want to see a WIP I will always oblige! Especially if I've started on it! If by any chance I haven't started on it and you ask for a WIP I will apologize.Important
I am a university student and therefore may not have a lot of time on my hands. I may push the due date out far in advance if I need to, and if you happen to want a rush order fee while I am super busy then I may decline your offer until the time is better. Rush Order Fee's can be between 50% or 300% depending on how fast you want the orderI am also chronically ill, but if by any chance I don't get your order done on time you are allowed to ask for a refund no questions asked. Or, if you allow it, I can offer extra time to get your commission done. I will guarantee that it will not take me more than a week if I ask for an extra deadline. I have always maintained my deadlines and I am quite proud of that, but if by any chance I don't get your commission done on time then you can ask for a refund.

Rights.

Personal Use (flat price)
You can do whatever you want with it with personal use! Print it out for yourself, edit it, read it; what you cannot do with it is say it is yours or share it. If you haven't paid for a Ghostwriting Fee or Privatization Fee then it is still under my name.Commercial Use (200%)
Monetization/Commercialization will incur a fee of 200%. This means if you use it for your VTuber, DND character (for a YouTube series), or anything else then you have it. But because you haven't paid for the ghostwriting fee you will still have to credit me.Ghostwriting Use (300%)
You get to say you wrote it and I won't use it in my samples. I hand over ALL rights to the piece to you.Privatization Use (25%)
I won't use it in my samples and you won't post it anywhere. The reason I have this rule is because if you were to post it you would still have to credit me because you haven't paid the ghostwriting fee. I may combine this use and Ghostwriting in the future, but for now I haven't.Editing
If you decide to edit it and post it you still have to credit me as the original author (unless you paid for ghostwriting fee) but you can list yourself as the editor.AI/NFT
PLEASE don't feed my writing into AI or use it for NFT. If you've paid for Ghostwriting Use or Commercial Use then I can't stop you, but please don't use my writing in any AI or NFT.
